Terms of Use

  1. Warning - Fire Hazard: This device utilizes battery power and poses a fire risk if mishandled or used incorrectly. Exercise caution when operating and charging this device.
  2. Use Recommended Battery Type Only: Only use batteries of type 18650 (Samsung 30Q, LG HG2, Sony VTC6). The use of incompatible batteries may result in overheating, fire, or explosion, for which we cannot be held liable. Never use tampered batteries or batteries with damaged wrap.
  3. Follow Charging Instructions: Preferably, charge your battery externally, however the inbuilt charge port must be properly used with a 5V USB-C charger. Overcharging or using improper charging methods may lead to battery malfunction and increase the risk of fire.
  4. Do Not Modify or Tamper: Do not attempt to modify or tamper with the device's battery compartment or circuitry. Any alterations may result in dangerous operation and void the warranty.
  5. Keep Away from Flammable Materials: Keep the device away from flammable materials such as paper, fabric, or liquids.
  6. Keep Out of Reach of Children and Pets: This device should be kept out of reach of children and pets to prevent accidental ingestion or misuse.
  7. Avoid Extreme Temperatures: Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures. Avoid using device above 240°C / 460°F.
  8. Cease Use if Damaged: If the device or battery is damaged, discontinue use immediately and contact customer support.
  9. Use in Well-Ventilated Areas: When charging or operating the device, ensure the area is well-ventilated.
  10. Storage: Avoid leaving device exposed to external heat like direct sunlight. Always store in a dry, well-protected case.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

By purchasing the product ConVex 2.0 ("Prototype") from Entheos, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that the Prototype is a pre-production model and may have inherent defects. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with use.
  2. Release of Liability: You release Entheos, its officers, directors, employees, agents from any liability arising from your use of the Prototype.
  3. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Entheos from any claims arising from your use of the Prototype.
  4. Warranty: Entheos provides 6 months warranty for product manufacturing defects only. Warranty is void if the Prototype is not used in line with recommended usage.
  5. Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the Prototype in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety guidelines.
  6. Acknowledgment of Understanding: You acknowledge that you have read these terms, fully understand their implications, and voluntarily agree to be bound by them.
  7. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of The Philippines.
  8. Duty and Taxes: You agree to pay all duty and taxes required for delivery.
