Usage

  1. Insert the battery, positive (+) side up
  2. Turn the device on
  3. Twist open the bottom chamber
  4. Grind your flower/herb of choice
  5. Fill and gently press into the chamber, then close
  6. Set the temperature
  7. Hold the fire button and inhale
  8. NOTE: for cold-start (first hit) please hold the fire button for 3-5 seconds before inhaling

Mode change

  1. NOTE: ensure your device has been left to cool before changing from temperature to wattage mode, otherwise this can affect the temperature gauge
  2. With the device on, press the fire button 5 times to enter the menu
  3. Select "mode" and then "watts" for wattage mode
  4. Select "mode", "temp", "dynamic", "tcr", set to 0.00180, then select "use old" for coil resistance for temperature mode

Coil Resistance Reset

  1. NOTE: ensure your device has been left to cool before resetting coils, otherwise this can affect the coil reading
  2. With the device on, press the fire button 5 times to enter the menu
  3. Select "mode", "temp", "dynamic", "tcr", set to 0.00180, then select "auto sense"
  4. NOTE: a 10 minute timer will show up, but it usually will only take 1 or 2 minutes max
  5. When finished, the device will briefly flash your new set coil resistance and return you to the main screen
  6. Normal coil resistance should range between 0.25 to 0.28

Cleaning

  1. Ensure your device is left to cool before cleaning
  2. Remove the battery
  3. Gently lift out the glass stem, using a twisting motion whil pulling. Be careful not to damage the stem or the rubber seal.
  4. Twist open the bottom chamber to face the opposite way to the device
  5. Pop out the the chamber from the main body
  6. Lift the top of the flower chamber
  7. Each part can be cleaned with hot water or alcohol rub and a small pipe cleaner
  8. Put the parts back together
  9. Enjoy your cleaned device!

  1. Warning - Fire Hazard: This device utilizes battery power and poses a fire risk if mishandled or used incorrectly. Exercise caution when operating and charging this device.
  2. Use Recommended Battery Type Only: Only use batteries of type 18650 (Samsung 30Q, LG HG2, Sony VTC6). The use of incompatible batteries may result in overheating, fire, or explosion, for which we cannot be held liable. Never use tampered batteries or batteries with damaged wrap.
  3. Follow Charging Instructions: Preferably, charge your battery externally, however the inbuilt charge port must be properly used with a 5V USB-C charger. Overcharging or using improper charging methods may lead to battery malfunction and increase the risk of fire.
  4. Do Not Modify or Tamper: Do not attempt to modify or tamper with the device's battery compartment or circuitry. Any alterations may result in dangerous operation and void the warranty.
  5. Keep Away from Flammable Materials: Keep the device away from flammable materials such as paper, fabric, or liquids. Exposure to these materials while in operation may increase the risk of fire.
  6. Keep Out of Reach of Children and Pets: This device should be kept out of reach of children and pets to prevent accidental ingestion or misuse, which may lead to injury or fire.
  7. Avoid Extreme Temperatures: Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures, both hot and cold, as it may compromise the integrity of the battery and increase the risk of fire or leakage. Avoid using device above the temperatures of 240C/460F
  8. Cease Use if Damaged: If the device or battery is damaged, discontinue use immediately and contact customer support for assistance. Continuing to use a damaged device may result in fire or other hazards.
  9. Use in Well-Ventilated Areas: When charging or operating the device, ensure the area is well-ventilated to dissipate heat and reduce the risk of overheating.
  10. Storage: Avoid leaving device exposed to any external heat like direct sunlight, ovens etc. Always store device in dry and well protected case

Terms & Conditons of Sale

By purchasing the product ConVex 1.0 ("Prototype") from Entheos, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
  1. Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that the Prototype is a pre-production model and may have inherent defects, malfunctions, or other issues that could result in property damage, personal injury, or death. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the Prototype.
  2. Release of Liability: You release, discharge, and hold harmless Entheos, its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur as a result of your use of the Prototype.
  3. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Entheos from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, expenses (including attorneys' fees), or losses arising out of or resulting from your use of the Prototype, including but not limited to any claims by third parties.
  4. Warranty: You understand and acknowledge that Entheos provides 6 months warranty only for product manufacturing defects. Said warranty is void if the Prototype is not used in line with the recommended usage.
  5. Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the Prototype in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety guidelines.
  6. Acknowledgment of Understanding: You acknowledge that you have read these terms, fully understand their implications, and voluntarily agree to be bound by them. You further affirm that you have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice regarding these terms.
  7. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Philippines, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
  8. Duty and Taxes: You agree to pay all duty and taxes required for the delivery of the Prototype.
